Reasons for maintenance:

* Upgrade Audiocodes SBCs to allow for Microsoft Azure direct routing
* To bring the firmware release up to the latest LTS version (Long-term support).

Rollback Plan:

* Configuration backups will be taken prior to upgrade. If a problem is encountered, the procedure will be aborted and firmware will be rolled back.

Customer Impact:

* A reboot may be required once the firmware has been applied, so Microsoft Teams calling may momentarily be affected.
