We would like to inform you of a scheduled software upgrade on our network edge routers located at Sydney, Australia to enhance performance, security, and reliability.

This process requires router reboot and such that services terminating on these routers will experience downtime of upto 2 x 20 minutes.

During this upgrade, customers might notice different routing path to some International destinations.
