Voyager Engineers will be modifying the architecture of our Christchurch Broadband Termination Network in light of some minor packet loss issues (sub 0.005% loss) following the release of Hyperfibre services. Testing has shown that the proposed changes should fully correct the issue we have been observing.

South Island Broadband customers will experience up to 2 PPP/IPoE session resets as subscriber sessions are moved to the new termination endpoints. Beyond this a hazard for the window should be expected as further rearrangement work happens that isn't expected to impact actual connectivity.
