Scheduled VPS migrations are in progress.

Migration Window: 30th October until 15th December
Migration Time: 7am - 10pm (Monday to Friday)
Expected VPS Outage: 30 - 60 minutes depending on size of VPS.

Some Linux VPSs will be offline for 30 - 60 minutes while they are migrated to our new VPS Platform.

If you have issues with your VPS after migration, please contact our support team on 0800 477 333 for assistance.

What's happening?

We have launched our new Virtual Private Servers and will be migrating Linux VPSs to the new platform in the coming weeks. Our new platform replaces our legacy VPS infrastructure and offers many improvements. Support for newer operating systems, a full self-service panel for deploying and managing VPSs, an API and support for cloud-init for scripted deployments and new competitive pricing. Accessing the new VPS Manager

An account will be created for you on the new VPS Manager after migration and you will receive an email to confirm that your access has been setup. Once you have received this email, you can login to Voyager Hosting Manager here: https://hosting.voyager.nz/clientarea.php and click the Login button next to the VPS Manager service listed under "My Products & Services"
