We would like to inform you of a scheduled software upgrade on our network edge routers located at Mayoral Drive (MDR) and 220 Queen Street DC (QST), Auckland to enhance performance, security, and reliability.
This process requires router reboot and such that services terminating on these routers will experience downtime of upto 2 x 20 minutes. Individual notices will be sent to affected customers.
