Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you of a scheduled software upgrade on our network edge routers located at Piermark Drive (Auckland) and Hamilton to enhance performance, security, and reliability.
This process requires router reboot and such that services terminating on these routers will experience downtime of upto 2 x 20 minutes.
As part of this upgrade, customers on our Chorus Hamilton UFB handover will experience temporary connection loss.
