Post our initial deployment for the IPoE Trial we had reports from some customers that they were unable to connect via PPP. On further investigation it was found that the affected customer routers were configured for both PPP and DHCP. This dual configuration was causing an inter-operability issue with our deployment configuration. We subsequently disabled IPoE to restore services to those customers while we investigated this scenario. We have devised a solution and plan on deploying it during this window.
