Maintenance has been scheduled.
Symptoms: Between January 12th - January 16th, we’ll be upgrading our Wellington Handover from 10G to 100G. This is part of our ongoing investment in network capacity to support future growth and ensure we continue delivering robust and scalable services.

Broadband customers may experience an outage of up to 5 minutes between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM on one of the days during this window.
Recommended user actions: In some cases, end users may need to reboot their routers following the outage to restore connectivity.
