Dear Customers,
Our Networks team has identified random packet loss to some international destinations while using our secondary upstream link. While it is not actively in use, we are going to troubleshoot it during above time window to identify any issue.
We do not expect any downtime during this work. This is Hazard only notice while the above work is carried out and we put some production traffic on it to test.
