Maintenance has been scheduled.
Symptoms: On 19th February 2026, we’ll be upgrading our Wellington handover from 10G to 100G. This is part of our ongoing investment in network capacity to support future growth and ensure we continue delivering robust and scalable services. This is the final batch of migrations.

There may be a brief outage of up to 5 minutes between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM during this window.

In some cases, end users may need to reboot their routers following the outage to restore connectivity.
Recommended user actions: Wait 5 minutes, and then reboot ONT/Router if service does not self-restore.
