Our regional broadband handover carrier is carrying out maintenance work on a device which terminates our aggregation NNI link. This work will affect all services on our below regional handovers :

Napier UFB Handover
Nelson UFB Handover
Gisborne UFB Handover
New Plymouth UFB Handover
Palmerston North UFB Handover
Kapiti UFB Handover

Customers will experience a loss of services for up to 60 minutes during the scheduled period. Please contact our support team on 0800 477 333 if you have any issues after the outage.
