Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a scheduled software upgrade on our network edge routers located at Christchurch Exchange (Christchurch) and Mount Eden (Auckland) to enhance performance, security and reliability.

This process requires router reboot and such that services terminating on these routers will experience downtime of upto 2 x 20 minutes.

As part of this upgrade, customers on our Network Tasman , Chorus Auckland UFB handover and LIT Auckland UFB handover customers will experience temporary connection loss.
