As part of ongoing infrastructure maintenance we will be performing a software upgrade on our Auckland based broadband termination equipment. This upgrade will create multiple downtime events during the window. Total cumulative downtime for customers isn't expected to be more that 45mins.

This will affect users in the following regions/services: Wellington, Kapiti, Palmerston North, Napier, Hastings and smaller town lower North Island UFB services.
