Core Network Maintenance - Whiteleigh Ave Christchurch

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a scheduled software upgrade on our network edge routers located at Whiteleigh Ave (Christchurch) location to enhance performance, security and reliability.

This process requires router reboot and such that services terminating on these routers will experience downtime of upto 2 x 10 minutes.

As part of this upgrade, customers on our Enable Christchurch UFB handover and The Total Team handover will experience temporary connection loss.
